Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify, Source and maintain reliable Supplier Relationships
  • Pricing Specialist
  • Develop, maintain relationships with suppliers from a variety of backgrounds and cultures
  • Maintain documentation records
  • Provide support to sourcing team
  • Creating and managing Purchase Orders

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma, Degree in Purchase management / financial management
  • Min 5 years experience in a similar or financial industry
  • Strong financial background / previous experience
  • CRM experience
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Bilingual
  • Strong telephone etiquette and tele-sales
  • Strong Admin skills required
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience in market analysis and observation, to derive best price
  • Xero Accounting package experience preferred but not essential
  • Proven track record with procurement / negotiations
  • Must be able to work in a highly pressurized environment
  • Must be able to work in a team and be a team player

  • Creating and managing quotes and invoicing
  • Achievement of monthly & quarterly sales / gross profit targets as set by management

Minimum Requirements
